Great dealership location, comfortable waiting area. The finance phase was painfully drawn out considering we paid cash for the difference of our trade-in. We were subjected to a “sneak attack” sales pitch attempting to get us to purchase extended warranty on our 2026 CR-V. It was not clear to us why we were escorted to a closed door office. We expected only to review and sign pertinent sales and transfer paperwork. Most of the time was a poorly prepared pressure sell for an extended warranty. Then Birty brought Chris back to question our decision. Chris mocked our decision to trade in a 2021 CR-V with 19,050 miles by asking “Why would anyone trade in a car with that low mileage”? I have been driving only new cars since 1969 and should NEVER need to justify my decision to trade. After all, our trade-in was checked out before consummation of the sale. The entire process took MORE THAN THREE HOURS!!! That should have been done in one hour since all the numbers were agreed upon several days prior to our arrival and after posting a $500 deposit.

My primary car sale person Joe Russo was excellent but when on my second unannounced visit to dealership Joe was off and I met with Nick Johnston He had exceptional communication skills and friendly demeanor which made me feel valued as a customer, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my satisfaction. He took his time to ensure that I understood all of the features and functions of my new vehicle was truly remarkable. Thank you, Nick, for your outstanding service.
