I had a very well experienced salesman. Xavier Adorno was my salesman. As my husband & I entered the dealership, Exavier approached us and asked us if he could help us. (Tom) my husband told him we are here looking for a used car for $22,000 or less.Exavier asked us to follow him and he will check the inventory. Exavier said “I have a 2021 Honda HRV and a Nissan Rogue. Exavier went & got the Honda and brought it right to me. Tom and I looked it over and we liked it. I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! The whole experience was easy and painless- Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!

While still not a fan of the whole car buying experience, the Lia team made the best of it for us. We actually felt for Edwin Guzman as it seemed he was juggling a couple of sales at once. He took all the time needed with us to go over the Ridgeline's features and got our phones paired for us. Business office visit was fairly painless and probably as quick as it could be. Overall, a good experience for us.

I decided on Honda Civic Coupe. I had spoken to Stephanie and I told her that I wanted her to help with the style and purchase of the auto. This was a simple process and I am very happy with the Sport in Rallye Red. She is very professional as I also found everyone at Liberty Honda to be.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

Edwin Guzman of Lia Honda was exceptionally kind and patient with me. I had left another dealer when the salesperson did not acknowledge me in any way and when I asked for help to buy a new gently used car he said “ I have nothing to offer you.” I found Ed to be the opposite. Helpful , polite and courteous, he had three cars to choose from and he made my experience easy and rewarding . Three days later I had my new car , all paperwork completed and I was one happy customer.
