CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

From the first phone call to the test drive to signing the paperwork everything was amazing, smooth and staff was so nice and friendly...even got a home cooked meal while waiting for docs to be prepared. Omar, Ruby, Ray, AJ...it was a pleasure. Thank you.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).

I had typed out what felt like an essay for this car and ended up deleting it. I do love the car and I bought it used with 90,000 miles on it so it’s new to me. Although I’m thinking the person who had it before me traded it in because it may have had issues they didn’t want to deal with. One being the rear has a bit of sag in it because of the rear upper control arm bushings being worn out. It does need new tires and I need them ASAP but I’m working on it. The turbo is a definite upgrade from my previous cars because I’ve never had a turbo. The CVT isn’t new to me but I love them seamless performance. I wish I could just drive the car endlessly for a job if I could find one. It’s pretty comfortable and I do love it.

I contacted JNM online and received an quick response followed by a phone call and a pleasant conversation. The SUV I was interested in was available and the price was semi-negotiable. It was a pleasure to be a customer at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I have worked with and bought from different automobile dealerships over 20 years. I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. Buying a Mercedes? I recommend Mike Prati to sell you one at MB of Alexandria.
