CJ did not pressure us nor mislead us like the other Honda dealer (I'll keep them anonymous). I also want to acknowledge Peter, the sales manager. He was professional and respectful during the sale process. Finally, I want to shout out Winston Wei. Who somehow managed to make the finance transaction enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I bought Honda CRV 2024 and been pleasure to own this car as its my first time! The color is unique and powertrain works fabulous. Since i bought this recently have not driven the car much but i can sense its gonna go long with us. Still have to get familiar with all those lots of features of course however i just wish there was a fog light too for convivence specially driving at night or rough weather. Over all nothing compares Honda and its flawlessness...giving it a big thumps up!

A little disappointed this year. I’ve had 4. The drivers seat does not go back far enough for me and passenger seat only moves forward and back. Drives like shock absorbers need changed. Still love these carbs, but not quite the same quality.

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Status pictures were sent by text video and I was called saying the vehicle was ready for pick up within two hours of me dropping it off. I highly recommend them and I take my car to no one else that I trust as much as this place. They even had a shuttle van to drop me off at my house.

Mazen was awesome! He was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth. I have been a loyal Culver City Honda client buying and servicing my cars there and had a great experience all along until yesterday 10/13 when I had the rudest Sales Manager Paul F. I scheduled an appointment as I was purchasing out my lease and asked ahead of time how long would appointment take they said 1hr of course knowing it was the dealer I planned for 1hr 45min but nope it took longer and I asked the Sales Manager if I should come back because I had to leave and he was rude with how he responded. He at one point was sarcastic saying you should know it’s the dealership it takes time and I responded indeed but I asked when making the appointment so perhaps also being more clear with the client would be helpful. Also felt that he was being somewhat racist as a Latina working with various people daily I can sense that look or uncomfortableness. Along with him being pushy in trying to sell all the extra stuff and highlighting how I didn’t know what I was missing out. I’m not a first time car owner I know what I’m interested in and when to the dealer having done my research. The only reason I stayed was because I was already started in the process.
