I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend Jose and Kam for a right at home no stress purchase.

I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. From our initial telephone discussions with Sue and Joan, Sales Manager to onsite discussions with Eyoungmbi, we were very pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically, Eyoungmbi in response to family medical needs brought out a 2022 CRV so that we could determine differences between the 2022 and 2025 Honda CRV. Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Upon selection and approval of our Honda CRV Nancy did an excellent job walking us through our warranty options. Our experience with Heritage Honda over 2 days was OUTSTANDING!

I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership).
