Had an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room was nice and I received a free snack while waiting. The service person was nice and kept me informed of the progress via text.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my Honda Civic! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s such a relief to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. My Honda Civic was in great hands! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional car care. I will definitely be coming back for future service! 🚗❤️

Just bought two new Hondas for my Fiance and myself and we could not be happier with the cars and the quality of service from begining to end. I felt welcome in the showroom from the moment I entered and Ryan went above and beyond anything that we could have asked for in a salesman. He was extremely knowledgable and treated us like family. The sales and finance management was also exceptional. They worked with us on our trades and made the prices and payment work for everything we wanted. I can't imagine buying any future car of mine from any other dealership. Highly recommend in every area.

Honda of Gainesville review
I have been going to Gainesville Honda for a loooooong time and I make a point to see the same person and that is David Linville. For nearly 20 years, I have gone to David and no matter how busy or crazy his day might be going, he keeps his cool and remains calm and helpful. He is really good at focusing on the client during their time with him. I must have taken my ’96 Civic to him a zillion times lol to keep that sucker running and he was helpful each and every time… up until when I decided to let it go {sniff sniff ☹}. Now, I bring the 2015 which I don’t love as much as my ’96 but I still get good service! I appreciate the mechanics and everyone in the Service Department and shout out to Gene; he always makes me laugh.

My moms car broke down and I live in Orlando, and was unable to get to Gainesville to help her, but David Linville (Service Advisor) helped her and took care of everything. He was amazing and was there to help her when I could not be. Way to go!!! Thanks David!!!
