Wendy was fantastic. She was very quick with all of the paperwork and was super helpful with making sure I understood everything from the key fob to all of the controls. I was very pleased with how everything was handled and how she made us feel like home while we waited for everything to finalize. This was my first purchase of a brand new car and she was just as excited as I was.

Honda of Short Pump review
I had a great experience working with Gavin and Alexis at Honda of Short Pump. Alexis has listened closely and answered all my questions, at all times, day or night. She really went above and beyond by bringing my new CRV and all paperwork to me, while I was traveling. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch, she made the process easy, and she helped ensure my knowledge of the new car features. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

I have never had a brand new car! I walked into Honda at Shortpump set on buying a used car and walked out with a brand stinking new HR-V! I cannot say enough how attentive, honest, knowledgeable, authentic, and frankly AWESOME VINCE, my salesman, was with me!!!🤓 We joked and laughed and shared family photos! I left Sunday night completely HAPPY! My husband asked why didn't look at the Hybrid??? 😳 So, I returned the next day to exchange the HR-V 4 the CR-V!🫣 Again, Vince was AWESOME! Quick shout out to Mo who made the new deal for the CR-V fit our pocket and Mike for the small perks and fitting soccer conversation!!💥 OVERALL, Vince is a professional but warm and approachable salesperson that will listen and not pressure you!! Yeahhhhhh to me for buying my 1st brand new car, AND A HONDA at that! I LOVE MY CR-V HYBRIDE!!!❤️🌟💥

I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in July of this year with happy results. We drove from Pennsylvania after many texts, emails, and conversations before we committed to the purchase. The condition was close to what was described - but not perfect and the documentation fee was hefty but still turned out to be a worthwhile purchase.

I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. This was my first EV and I feel this was the most confortable vehicle purchase I have ever had. The customer service was great with Augusta. She made me feel comfortable getting a new EV vehicle. I had to do a bit of back and forth with the Finance Manager but I left Happy. Overall Review I would refer my friends and family.

I walked into CMA’s not really knowing what I wanted. I gave some vague description of what I was looking for and Doc Watson went to work. We test drove 3 vehicles and he narrowed it down to exactly what I was looking for. He knew it before I did! I felt like he was there to help me, not “get me into a car today”. He was perfectly fine letting me leave until we found the right car. Not just A car.
