Jeff is very professional and easy to work with. I like the video showing the review of service. You can see just what problems the vehicle may have. I trust the quality of their work and I know they stand behind it.

Grappone Honda review
I had an excellent experience at the dealership! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They kept me updated while I waited for my new Honda Civic Sport Hybrid to arrive and answered all of my questions along the way. I couldn?t be happier with my new car and the outstanding customer service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Grappone Honda review
Most pleasurable and efficient car buying experience ever - and I?ve purchased three brand new Hondas previously. Not having to go into the windowless interior room to meet the finance guy that lost a finger in the war with all of his kids pictures facing you - and presenting three options for warranty packages as if not picking any one of the them isn?t an option was a real plus. Of course the warranties were still presented to us, which is fine and I appreciate that some people may want to purchase them for Good but Adam understood that I was not interested in any warranties as we had discussed it prior to my arrival so he made sure he went as fast as he could through those options, which would be really appreciated. Also appreciated the fact that most of negotiation was handled via phone or tax prior to my arrival as I requested and they honored for me a car purchase is a big purchase, but not that big and it?s a fairly simple process. I don?t need a lot of hand holding but I?m sure it would be available and I requested it. I was in and out of there in less than an hour, which is unbelievable compared to experiences after the last 4 to 6 hours.

We had a great experience with Upper Valley. A very low-pressure sales process, extremely competitive trade-in value, and nice people who were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Really a breath of fresh air after dealing with other Vermont Honda dealerships. Thank you, Kali, Jess, Bill, and team!

Upper Valley Honda review
Upper Valley Honda is the best place to buy a car! They are a no pressure dealership. They worked with me and stayed within my payment range, without trying to push higher. Shawna and Kyle were awesome to work with! Hands down the best experience!!!

Dover Honda review
We recently purchased a new CR-V through Sales Consultant Charley L. As we were first time Honda owners, Charley was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all our questions and provided additional advice in areas we didn’t initially bring up. We look forward to many years utilizing an equally professional Dover Honda Service Department.

Dover Honda review
becky was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional - and also ever so patient, as i had many many questions. my dear departed last car was a 2013 honda fit (purchased new), and today's cars are so very different......sort of like driving a computer at times. yet.....she made a somewhat stressful time as smooth and easy as possible. as a long-time honda customer - this will be my third honda from you, the first was a used civic - i have also dealt with your service department many times. i have never, in all those years, been dissatisfied with the service that you provided. i probably could have been able to find something acceptable and possibly even cheaper elsewhere - i had owned volkswaqens and a toyota before buying that used civic from you, so i am not a hardline honda fan - but a little extra cost is worth it to me when i am able to trust the folks who take care of my car.
