Used 2017 Honda Pilot for sale near Five Points, OH

I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Sienna from this dealer today. I worked with Brad (over email) and Morgan (in person). Both Brad and Morgan were great to interact with - very professional, polite, and prompt. Brad gave a competitive quote over email, and Morgan walked me through the sales process. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. No tricks that some other dealers are known for. I cannot comment on the quality of repairs, but I can highly recommend the sales department.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Up front pricing. No hidden fees. David and his dad encouraged pre purchased inspection. Easy to work with. Love our new Tundra.

I went to Lincoln of Cincinnati looking for a Certified Used Lincoln Navigator. Everybody that I came in contact with at Lincoln of Cincinnati was very courteous, attentive, and helpful. They were not a high pressure sales organization at all. They always made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued. I did purchase a Certified Used Lincoln Navigator from them, and I feel like they gave me a very good deal on my purchase. I am very pleased with my Navigator and I am very pleased with Lincoln of Cincinnati. They were great to work with, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the car market.

I like my car. I test drove quite a few before deciding to purchase a Honda Pilot. I like the way the Hondas ride, the seats are more comfortable, and the gas mileage for the size of car is descent.

My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

Overall very nice Honda Pilot. Pros: blue color, gas mileage, reliability, resale value, cabin space, video player. Cons: too many buttons on steering wheel, 2017 there is push button for changing gears, 3rd row leg room.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I have always purchased Fords my whole life, so I broke the mold and went with the Honda Pilot for my wife’s daily driver. Purchased used Honda Certified. So far overall pretty happy with decision. Pros: good gas mileage, has a lot of bells and whistles, comfortable ride, will hold value for resale Cons: too many buttons on steering wheel, the speakers in Pilot leave something to be desired, arm rests are annoying, overall layout of car console screen is “too in depth”, hard to find all the buttons for easy quick adjustments.

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.

I drove my car off their lot a month ago and could not be happier with its performance and use. There was some miscommunication with my trade in but nothing to diminish my overall experience. Excellent service! It took less time than was expected. I received a complimentary car wash eventhough I just had my car in for a recall of an airbag. I do however need to return since they did not have the parts for the brake system recall.
