Used 2021 Honda Pilot for sale near Beech Grove, IN

We went to Hubler Ford in Shelbyville last week to look at a 2013 Ford Edge Sport and had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Tony Ahlbrand! Tony is AMAZING and we felt like we had known him for years! Tony and Bill and the team @ Hubler Ford made us feel like family. Tony took great care of us and while it was bittersweet, I traded in my 2002 Ford Escape XLT aka the "Emerald" that I had for 20 years and we bought the 2013 Ford Edge Sport that I fell in love with! The process was so laid back and smooth and Tony made sure we were well taken care of. We have been Ford Family for a very long time and we LOVE our Fords! The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Spent a cold night in our dead truck with our dogs after having been deposited at the service bay by a tow truck after hours. When they opened at 7:30, the staff kindly welcomed us and our dogs to the lounge to warm up, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed our pesky truck and sent us on our trip home. So, so grateful for your helpful and knowledgeable staff - we are almost thawed and making progress on our trip home…Erin, Dave and Siobhan plus Jim and Steve (the black lab boys).

Near a perfect vehicle and purchase experience. Best SUV I've owned even better than my last two Acuras MDX. Better than Toyota in many ways including pleasing to the eye, performance and power. I'd purchase again

I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

Andrew was a great salesman to work with, he kept me updated on a vehicle I was interested in. I was the problem do to health problems and 3 hour distance. He is looking for me now.

I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
