don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. 2021 Honda Pilot review
The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Crown Honda from start to finish. The entire process was super easy, I received all the information I requested in a timely manner, and the communication was consistent with absolutely no runaround. I was offered an amazing deal that honestly felt too good to be true. I decided to hold off at first, but John, the General Sales Manager, stepped in and provided clear details and reassurance that the offer was legitimate. He then had Enver, one of his sales managers, take over to make sure everything went through exactly as promised. Enver even worked on his day off, alongside Athena in the Business Office, to ensure everything was prepared for my arrival the next day. When I arrived, Sasa, my Certified Honda Sales Consultant, greeted me promptly, had the vehicle ready, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly before I left. He made the transition to meet with Antonette, another Business Manager, seamless, and she made completing the paperwork an absolute breeze. What really stood out was how thoughtful and genuine everyone was. They even offered food recommendations since they knew we had driven a long way. The professionalism, service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Service was professional, courteous and went out of their way to go further than just the scheduled oil change. Any vehicle recalls were searched for right then and there. After an oul change and tire rotation the car is running perfectly.
2021 Honda Pilot review
I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
