Came in for routine service and was helped by Brad. Even though it was routine Brad asked about the car (crv hybrid) performance if I had any concerns. I asked about poor mileage of the car and he said he would have the mechanics look at it at no extra cost. For me that illustrated this dealerships concern for their customer. Two hours later my car was ready to go and I left with satisfaction of having a job well done!

I feel bad I couldn't give them 5 stars. From the time I requested a trade in amount til my appointment is something I'm not going to go over. What I am leading up to is this.
