After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. Found a car online and they had it available at a reasonable price. Juan walked me through the online process and got everything taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. Juan sent me videos of the vehicle to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We are in California and did everything online. Only thing I wish we could change would be the option to use our own transporter, but I appreciate them taking care of everything for us.
