The service department at Honda of Covington has always taken great care of my vehicle. They are professional, easy to schedule service appointments and take time to explain the process. The waiting area is comfortable and I’ve been pleased. They have serviced my Pilot for 2 1/2 years now.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Job completed on an hour. I was hesitant to wait around but I?m glad I did. Purchased my vehicle from this location and I only allow the dealer to touch my car. Nicole was professsional and I love that they take pictures of the vehicle before service.

I wasn’t even going to make the trip to New Orleans at this until Alex contacted me directly about it. I cannot be more pleased with how everything went. It was a 6 hour round trip and the staff and the car absolutely made it worth every mile. Premier Honda of New Orleans treated us like FAMILY! Sales Manager Joe Ciruti began speaking with me regarding my daughter's future purchase back in October. We went in November 2023 with a plan to return in December and through the entire 3 months this Sales manager would check in, call, email and always respond immediately as he knew my daughter's situation. Joe really made us feel like family. In addition to Joe, our Sales Consultant Edwin Morgan (very caring and knowledgeable) also treated us like family willing and ready every step of the way. Last but not least I want to mention Carlos .. Although I do not know his last name while writing this google and Facebook review he was our finance guy. My daughter left Premier Honda not only with the original NEW 2024 Honda Civic Sport she wanted but she left with a heart full of thankfulness.
