We were delighted that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. We had a concern about our windsheild wipers and the service department examined the wipers and then explained the design of the wipers that impacted how the windshield was cleaned. We are not fans of this feature. We are excited to learn that Honda now has a hybrid Civic available.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! Westbrook Honda is superb dealership. We have purchased there before and are also now on our fourth lease. It's clean, efficient and provides excellent service. It's a forty-five minute drive to get there and it's well worth it. I am particularly impressed with the sales staff, specifically Sean Bowen. He has a strong knowledge base on the Honda line and incentives. Sean applies that with a keen sense of salesmanship. No pressure but knows how to present new ideas that the customer would not have thought of as possible. The end result is me driving home most satisfied. This time it's a Ridgeline Trail Sport-very nice!
