Lumberton Kia review
I've bought 2 new cars in 2 yrs from Lumberton Kia. We used the same salesman because he is amazing. All personnel was friendly and helpful. Every detail of the sale was explained in a way I understood. Every question I had was answered promptly. I was treated like family here. When I go in for servicing the know my name and offer free shuttle service. The waiting area feels like I'm at home. Great coffee awaits everyone too. No better place to buy a car from!
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

East Coast Honda review
East Coast Honda is amazing. I visited more than my fair share of dealerships in NC and SC in anticipation of the purchase and I will never go to any other dealership. Steven Hough (Sales) was prompt, professional and carried a level of expertise that was unparalled. Daniel (Finance) was honest, transparent and did an exemplary job explaning the options without high-pressure sales tactics. Jordan (Management) ensured everything came together seamlessly and was more than fair. East Coast Honda provided a such a wonderful expertise and truly care about the customer and getting them in the right vehicle. Do not waste your time even shopping anywhere else. East Coast Honda is the ONLY place you need to visit and East Coast Honda should be the ONLY place you buy a car from. Thank you Steven, Daniel and Jordan. You are amazing and I am so glad we connected. East Coast Honda truly is first in class. Exceptional service and the car is incredible too. Thank you all!
2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Mr. Filleman was an excellent salesman. He was very honest(I feel) and went above board to handle the closing of the vehicle under his control. He also went over everything on how to use the technology of the vehicle. He called today making sure all was ok. Mr. Filleman is very honest, I feel. And goes beyond what is required of a salesman. Now Mr. Stanley is not so honest I feel. He went thru everything so fast. Have no one but myself to blame. I feel I got took for 500.00 dollars. I fell business is built on honesty and integrity. I have always done bussiness with Cale Yarborough Honda in Florence s. c. I will be purchasing three vehicles between Dec and June as I promised my grand kids a new vehicle when they graduate from college. I will consider East Coast and Mr. Filleman. The finance people are trained to go fast and sell add on’s. Anyway all is good and thank you Mr. Filleman.

East Coast Honda review
Benjamin Rodriguez was amazing. Best car buying experience ever!!! I would recommend East Coast Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Definitely worth the drive to buy my car.
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.
