I want to express very special appreciation for Silvia Garcia, who met me on at least three visits as I went through all my hopes and concerns about getting a new (to me) Honda. It would be hard to match her attentiveness, helpfulness, and warmth (with excellent backup by Roberto). My circumstances were complicated, so I ultimately did not buy the car. But I went away with a great feeling for El Cerrito Honda because of working with Silvia. I will go back there for future needs because of this feeling.

I would recommend our salesperson, Silvia, to anyone considering a Honda. We saw her on Jan 2, and there were no cars available. We put in a request for a hybrid AWD CR-V. Silvia kept us updated with any deliveries or delays. Finally she was able to secure one for us and we bought it on 3/22. Anna in Finance was great, too. 2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.
