Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Did everything they promised and on the timetable given in the beginning. Attention was given to reviewing all the car needed. The work was high quality.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

The service was good and I had a salesman who was also doing a good job. They gave me a muti factor check up and provided a detailed report.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!
