I was selling my 4Runner and Tommy reached out to me. After a few emails we agreed on a price they would buy it for. And he drove from Buda all the way up to Northwest Austin to purchase it from me. He did what he said he would.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

As always, I found everything to be outstanding!! This time I was there for my regular scheduled maintenance. From the time I entered the facility and until the work is completed, I feel that I came to the right place. Not only is the building, a State of Art, but the personnel are so caring to your situation. Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need.
