I'm happy with my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL that I purchased in the fall of 2022 at Phil Long Hyundai at the Motor City Way location in Colorado Springs. I'm also glad that I purchased the service package. My Sales person, Finance specialist, Service Team and Management are people I know I can count on to have my best interest at heart. This is a follow up to a review I wrote. My name is Michael Eugene Bully and I want to make a correction. The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Steve took good care of me and helped me out moving forward. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Steve and Phil long hyundai motor city service department and also sales department. I recommend Every one to bring your vehicle to this location to get service and if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks Steve

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
I recently had a great experience with Principle Hyundai in Boerne. Due to a medical condition, I wasn’t able to come into the dealership until it was time to test drive the vehicle, and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. When I did come in to test drive a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy, everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and respectful of my time. David Bristol was especially helpful—he was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward. The dealership itself is clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere reflects a team that truly takes pride in customer service. I appreciated the transparency and communication every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes car buying a smooth experience, I would definitely recommend Principle Hyundai Boerne—ask for David Bristol!
