Faced with an emergency, my wife and I received exceptional service from Bob Bertnick and the service department at Amato Nissan. While driving home on I-43 North, after picking up our dogs at our vet, a piece of debris on the road shredded our car's left front tire. Exiting at Hampton Avenue, the nearest car service department was Amato Nissan. Even though we were driving a Subaru, Bob immediately came to our assistance. He had one of the service department's mechanics replace the shredded tire with our spare and provided us with the information needed to find a replacement tire at another dealer. We were impressed by and grateful for the professionalism and kindness displayed by Bob and the service department at Amato Nissan.

I never negotiated a car deal on the internet before went back and forth several times and ended up with a great deal. Didn't know what to expect when I got there, but sales staff was helpful and friendly. Mark showed us all the features of the Elantra and took us out for a test drive. Overall a great experience. I like cars but I don't like buying them generally, maybe now that's changed.

While we did not purchase our 2011 Tuscon from Amato, we have consistently come here for all of our service work through the years. Not only have they exceeded our expectations each time, the friendly staff at Amato always makes one feel valued as well as trusting of the work or maintenance that has been completed.

Sam from Amato Hyundai contacted me right away after I requested information on a particular car. I made an appointment to test drive the car and it was ready and waiting for me upon my arrival at the dealership. Sam was very friendly and there was no pressure to purchase. The test drive went well, but I decided not to purchase the car.

Zeigler Hyundai of Racine review
I had a very positive experience at this Hyundai dealership. The sales team was approachable, professional, and, most importantly, not pushy. Unlike some car dealerships, I never felt pressured to buy or upsold on things I didn’t need. LUcky , Isaiah took the time to answer my questions, have a straightforward discussion, and let me make my own decision. I was very happy with both the discussions and the final outcome. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai and a hassle-free experience.
