I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. He was straightforward from the first conversation, never pushed me on payment or trade questions I wasn't ready to answer, and gave me room to think it over. When my wife and I decided we wanted a different color after the numbers were already worked out, Numan handled the swap without hesitation and kept the exact terms we'd agreed to. He had the updated paperwork emailed to me the same day and had the car brought over from their off-site lot so I could see it in person before signing. Easy to reach the whole way through. He returned calls, followed up when he said he would, and made a fairly involved deal feel simple. If you're shopping at Heritage Towson, ask for Numan.

It turned out that this dealership and Tatyana Redfin were the best, and worth the drive. Tatyana was so patient with us and went beyond the call of duty to get us set up. We had forgotten the title to our car. She drove halfway to us the next day to get the title so we wouldn't have to make the long trip again. We couldn't of asked for more from the whole crew.

This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done.
