My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria Ky. We had been looking for about a year. We made several stops to the dealership and discussed everything with Andy Hanck/Sales and Matt Riegler/Finance over the course of that year. They both were very helpful and never once pressured us at any time. When we finally decided to buy the process could not been any smoother. We wish to say huge thank you to Andy, Matt and the whole Kerry Hyundai Team. If you are looking for a car this Kerry dealership is where you need to be to start and finish the process. Had a great experience purchasing a new Hyundai Santa Fe with Alex and Patrick. They did not have the matching trim, exterior and interior color we we wanted in their inventory. And Patrick took 5-10 minutes to find one and only in Michigan. And it took took me very short time to make the decision. Also Ryan, finance manager did an amazing job. Thanks guys

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

Me and my husband came to Superior Huyindai South to buy a new car. Neither of us has bought a brand new car before, and we did not know what to expect. Rick and Nelson did an exceptional job! They made us feel comfortable, explained everything, gave us options and were very professional, yet simple and friendly. While we were waiting, they were offering us drinks and asking whether there is anything else they can help us with. We walked out with a car we wanted, and could not be happier! Thank you, Rick and Nelson!
