Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala review
We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

I highly recommend this dealership. I found a used car here I was interested in but it had been sold before I could get there. I dealt with Brad who went above and beyond to find a car that fit my needs at one of their other dealers. He went went and got it, brought it to ocala and I now have a beautiful car at a great price. Thank you Brad at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes, rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala review
I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. I will certainly come back to your dealership for service and for the purchase of my next Genesis. Thank you,
-

Principle Hyundai Boerne review
Just bought a new 2026 Santa Fe at Principle Hyundai. It was a good experience. The salesman (Steve), the Sales Manager and the Finance guy were all pleasant and easy to work with. The price / discount was reasonable and the trade in process was quick and easy too.

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
I recently had a great experience with Principle Hyundai in Boerne. Due to a medical condition, I wasn’t able to come into the dealership until it was time to test drive the vehicle, and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. When I did come in to test drive a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy, everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and respectful of my time. David Bristol was especially helpful—he was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward. The dealership itself is clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere reflects a team that truly takes pride in customer service. I appreciated the transparency and communication every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes car buying a smooth experience, I would definitely recommend Principle Hyundai Boerne—ask for David Bristol!
