Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria review
Rob has helped us with two cars this year. He listens to the customer and their needs. When you visit this dealership, ask for Rob! Nick, from the finance department, helped us this time. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Prepared, quick working, and doesn?t dwell on paperwork or trying to sell more. Long story short, you?re in good hands.

I bought a new Hyundai Tucson. The overall experience was great. They gave me an on the road price over the phone and they stuck to it. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in.

I love love love this car! Meets my needs for city driving with room to haul plants for my garden. Handles well city and highway, good visibility - like the safety features. The only two negatives: the steering wheel feels a little hard/stiff (can be fixed with a cover) and for whatever reason Hyundai does not sell this car in Texas, so I had to order from an out of state dealer and ship it.

Auto Group of Louisville review
I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. Jacob went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the car. He even FaceTimed with me and did a full walk around so I could see every inch of the car. He went above and beyond to complete the contract, coordinate shipping and process the DMV paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and specifically Jacob Rymond. Thank you for everything!

Jacob Smith, you're the best car dealer ever. You helped my daughter, my sister and me find the perfect vehicle for each of us. We told you the car we wanted and the price we could finance. You listened and delivered everything we asked for. You're our car dealer for life. Thanks for everything.
