This is our third BMW X3 from BMW of West Houston (Oct 4, 2025), and once again, the experience was exceptional. I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Hands down, the best dealer I've ever worked with. From new car sales, to used car sales, to service, they will take care of you with respect, courtesy, and honesty. I've been buying cars since 2000 and I'm not going to use another dealer.

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

Quality vehicles, quality employees. Worked with Rojan who knows his inventory front and back and no question was left unanswered. The staff are very nice and easy going. We looked at several vehicles and found a truck we liked but didn't think our credit was going to be good enough.
