Paramount Ford review
I recently visited Paramount Ford Hyundai to look at a truck and had the pleasure of working with Marcus and his manager. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time. I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service they provide. Marcus and his manager was equally professional and took the time to discuss options and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. It’s refreshing to encounter a sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction over, simply making a sale. While, I didn’t end up buying a truck, I left with a very positive impression of the dealership and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend working with Marcus if you’re in the market for a vehicle

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

We, old women that is, are notorious for our persnickity ways. So when one of us says something was wonderful, you can take it to the bank! FYI, this is car number 7 for my hubster and me purchased from the Younts. So that is a fairly large number of purchases to compare. None of the other vehicle purchases can compare to my experiences this go round. My sales person was Jon Arrowood, I received technical information from Candy Propst prior to the shopping trip, I was entertained by Mateo and my paper signing guru, Mr. Queen had me in stitches! I can truthfully say, I have never had such a fun day car shopping! Mr. Arrowood, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and he possesses a marvelous sense of humor. My go to carguy from now on. I had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, I told the salesroom guys, I was going to come hang out with them on Saturdays! I will probably not carry through with that threat, but they had better watch out!

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience

I worked with Jon and he got me into a good car for an affordable price. Service is slow and not very good though. But Jon is the man if anyone needs a new car!!
