Used 2016 Hyundai SONATA for sale near Bakersfield, CA

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

Owned our Sonata since October 2017, and it had 38k on it. Now it just clicked over 100k and it's been a great car so far! On a good day, I can get up to 44 MPG and about 25 city. Power is good (2.4 engine), tackles inclines well, and keeps up with traffic. Interior is well thought out and fairly comfortable. We just came back from a 3,300 mile summer road trip and had absolutely no issues! I do all my own maintenance which means it gets meticulously maintained. My #1 complaint is oil consumption. PLEASE CHECK YOUR OIL REGULARLY. If not, you can kiss your engine goodbye! Only issues I've had were two dead batteries but other than routine maintenance, I can believe that this car will achieve 200,000 miles! Take care of your car and it will take care of you!

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.
