I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

My salesman was Mason. He is new to car sales and I had the privilege of being his first sale. He was very attentive. Didn't pressure me at all. Took time to help me find what I needed. Me being a single mom, his manager Julio understood my budget and circumstance. Everyone was great. I'll tell all my friends about them.

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Second vehicle purchased from Moss Chevrolet. As always I take my vehicle to them for service. They keep my vehicle current on all maintenance schedules. Service has been and continues to be a valuable asset to me.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

We love our little 2015 Tucson! Perfect size! The car just wraps around me when I get into the driver’s seat. Great little runabout! It is Red and the 2015 Tucson is the most beautiful shade of bright RED! Adorable and substantial car.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

This car meets all my needs. Great on gas, small Suv, leather interior wish this trunk was a little bigger but over all, great car.

I bought my 2023 Tucson Limited in May. As far as value for money, I have never walked away from a car purchase feeling I got a great deal! So far, she is very reliable. I feel the front seats are a bit uncomfortable for me because right after purchasing I had a knee replacement. The slight hump on the front passenger side was quite uncomfortable. My car is beautiful to me. So much so, I had her ceramic coated! She sparkles!! I love the warranty on these vehicles. My husband has an Elantra. However, as many may already know, there is a recall due to some fire hazard on the Tucson. Not sure if it will affect all models. There is so much to learn about the vehicle! I have learned most of the bells and whistles through YouTube! I have owned Hondas, VWs, Acuras, etc., but so far, this Tucson (aka Sparkle) is my favorite! Now, we don't do a lot of driving so I can't address the long-haul performance. However, I live in Atlanta - if you know anything about ATL, just surviving the traffic is a miracle. She has great pick-up and gets us where we need to go! Would I recommend these vehicles? Absolutely! Would I buy another one? Yep! But, in hindsight, I should have researched a barely used 2023 Tuson limited and saved myself a butt-load of money! (lol) The interior is well made and designed perfectly for me. The one thing I don't like, is not having the option to lock automatically once I exit. I also think the car should have had auto folding outside mirrors. Additionally, the BlueLink is very erratic. Once it updates, you have to go back and reset everything!! So, my suggestion would be when asked to update, don't do it until you have time to spend resetting all your preset items! This is such a pain!! One of m favorite things is the ambience. You can change the color of the interior lights to fit your mood. I also love the touch screen and how easily I can wipe fingerprints off. I love the hidden rear window wiper. The sound system is incredible! There is more this vehicle can do than I will ever take advantage of but having it available is what matters to me! Well, that is it for my review. Hope this helped!

New and still learning about all the bells and whistles. Excellent safety and driver assistance features. Very pleased with hybrid model. Responsive and comfortable. Everything you need is included in the Limited trim.

Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

I got a great deal on a 2015 Tucson with only 39,000 miles. The car is in brand new condition. I am very pleased with this purchase.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
