Used 2008 Hyundai Veracruz for sale near me

My experience with Mike at Great Lakes Autosports was outstanding and I'd recommend him to anyone. I'll be honest that as this is not a "traditional" dealership, I wasn't completely sure what to expect when I arrived. But I soon realized that buying a car from Mike is like buying from a family member who loves cars. He has a great shop with impressive cars and he was able to tell me how he got the car I was looking at (from a friend) and how it was maintained. The price was great and he wouldn't even let me take the car before he did some additional brake and other work at his expense. It was clear he wanted it to be perfect before I drove away. When I came in from Chicago to take delivery, he picked me up himself from the Metra station. I didn't end up financing through him or getting the warranty through him but there was nothing close to a hard sell here. When I went to the dealer for my first routine maintenance, they said it was in great shape and recommended nothing. In short: buy your used car here.

We have owned our '08 Veracruz since 2012 and it currently has 220K miles on her with no real issues to date. This has been an amazingly reliable and comfortable vehicle and I consider it one of the best cars I have owned including several Luxury Japanese brands. The 3.8L V6 is good power for this vehicle and while the '08 doesn't have all the techno-centric gadgets of newer cars, the interior is spacious and comfortable for extended periods of driving. 2007 is when Hyundai released the Genesis Sedan and the Veracruz was, essentially, the SUV version of the Genesis Sedan with the same engine very similar materials and features used. While Hyundai went on to create a luxury brand around the Genesis nameplate it is unfortunate that the Veracruz didn't find a home under that same brand. It should have. It is a great car that I highly recommend.

These guys are great ! The Sales person I worked with was Carlos who was very helpful and answered all my questions. The car I chose had a few things to be fixed , so the dealership is going to send it to their shop and get them taken care of . Awesome !!! I would definitly recommend this place for a fair deal .

Best car in its class. Bought in 2008. This review is from 2019. Surprised Hyundai stopped making this car. 7 passenger and still room for luggage. Those back seats fit real people. Not dolls. Engine is a little wimpy and it does not handle like a porche but for less than 20K. Thats what we paid new it is more than enough. I hear Genesis may make its own car. However I think the Kia and Hyundai will have bigger vehicles first. Our next vehicle is likely the Sante Fe. Seats 6 and gets better gas mileage. Oh and I own a genesis. What can I say I like 10 year 100K warranty

Update from previous 3 star review. They got back to me with some pics. Sounds as though they were a bit understaffed. Very accommodating and professional. The vehicle wasn't what I was looking for but if I would by a used car from them if they get one that fits my criteria.

I think this is the most comfortable vehicle that seats 7 people with enough leg room and comfort even in the third row. I own this vehicle and I have riden as a passenger for 12 hours. From North Carolina to Michigan and was totally shocked at how nice it is to enjoy a ride in such comfort. I enjoyed watching movies on the DVD through the headsets. The vehicle was used to travel for work while experiencing all the safety features and feeling secure. I enjoyed this vehicle that when I decided to buy a new one it was disappointing to realize they stop making this specific model.

Excellent service fast finance and love it. Martin was my sales guy helped me getting the right car at a great price. Finance Manager Swavek was great finished the deal in minutes. Overall great experience will recommend friends and family all day.

This vehicle is perfect for a small family. Small in size but with enough interior space to seat 7 comfortably. V6 engine is perfect for highway speeds and smooth ride. The cargo space is tiny but a luggage rack upgrade would make it perfect.

I've purchased vehicles from both locations and have had no issues at all. The staff at both locations are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really try to do everything they can for their customers. I always leave pleased when I'm there. I have been a customer for about 10 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I really can't see trusting any other dealer.

Responded quickly to my inquiries. Prices were fair and I liked the no haggle policy. positive experience overall. They offer the Carfax report so that was a huge plus.

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

I saw a 2014 Ford Escape on line and went in to take a look, to my surprise I purchased the car. I never would have thought I would purchase a car from a small dealer I always went with bigger dealers. But they were cheaper than some of the dealers I went to (BANNISTER) SMH thanks AJ, for all your help with my purchase. If you in need of a car just stop by and give them a chance you will be highly surprised.

Everyone at Car Pros was great to deal with. My sales person Bob was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The sales manager Billy worked all the numbers and payments with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time explaining things step by step and Lisa is the finance manager who did my paper work was so sweet and easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell anything at all.
