Fortunato was very patient with me as I was not totally sure what used vehicle to purchase. I test drove three vehicles before I settled on the fourth, a 2014 Volvo XC60. The buying process went smoothly and very quickly. A loan was secured promptly so I signed all papers and was on my way. Part of the deal was to have the broken windshield replaced with a new. This process also was handled very smoothly and in a timely manner. My first time doing business with Tipton, new or used vehicle, so I was very pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. Kudos to Fortunato, a great customer service advocate!
Purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer with no trouble. Sale consultant (Rudy Bolivar) was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention great customer relations. Tipton gave me top $ for my trade in. I highly recommended buying vehicle from this dealership and ask for Rudy, he will help you in all way possible. The financing was very clear and fast transaction.
I bought a pre owned a vehicle from this dealer. The employees were very friendly and attentive and I was able to get my vehicle the same day. Jeff answered any questions I had and made sure the purchase went smoothly. The car is in great shape and is still running well. However, there were some issues I ran into. First and foremost, a big issue I had was communication. Sure everything before the purchase they answered my every need but afterwards it was very difficult to get a hold of someone. My windshield needed to be replaced but every time I would call either the person in charge wasn't available or they needed to transfer me to someone else. Finally got it replaced but there is a small scratch on it which the person said they'd reach out to me to get it replaced again. Have yet to hear from them. Same thing with the financial manager of my purchase. Gave me her personal number but when i reached out to her, no response. I have yet to get a response from her. Overall, my experience was good. Their customer service is really good and it wasn't a tedious process to get my vehicle. One thing I would recommend is to check everything under the hood and ask if you're not familiar. My car was given to me with very little coolant and it started overheating. It was a simple solution but at no point was I told that the car needed to have coolant added. This, in my opinion, is something the dealer should've taken care of prior to the sale. Work on your communication with customers post car purchase and you can definitely be a great dealership. Nonetheless, the car was amazing and the price was very fair.

The inventory was a lot more than I expected and I was very satisfied with their knowledge. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase for personal reasons but i would recommend buying from here ten times out of ten!
Our MB motorhome was inspected having a check engine light. It turn out that one of the glow plug was defective. We got an estimate to get all glow plugs changed and returned the next day. One of the glow plug broke upon removal, the repair took a day and a half instead of the 3 hours estimated. We were offered by the manager to stay overnightn hotel at their expense. We were charged only the 3 hours estimated.
I've always received wonderful service from the moment I drive up. Priscilla Ramos, my service representative is a very warm young lady with excellent knowledge of the services provided by the dealership. She immediately arranged for a loaner the first time I called in for my service, and it was ready upon leaving.
Took my 2014 CLA 250 to MB of San Juan to get inspected regarding a noise that originated from the front passenger wheel when driving. Mike Santos, service advisor arranged a test drive with a Mercedes Benz technician. Post inspection Mike informed me the sound was actually from minimal tire wear and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. He patiently answered all my questions and was courteous from setting me up for the appointment to handing over my keys after inspection. This was a positive experience!
