Our salesperson Marshall, I would not know where to begin on the job he did. He went the extra mile and above and beyond to get the truck. Keeping a long story short, he went as far as to track down a death certificate that was needed for the title. If you need a car this is the place to go. Loving my new Colorado Z71 !!!

I was the original owner of this car and it was an amazing vehicle. Was my favorite vehicle I have ever had! My needs changed so I moved onto something different. This car was very loved and very much taken care of and whoever buys this, is getting one heck of a vehicle!

I had a 2025 Limited hybrid as a loaner and was extremely impressed with it! Quite frankly if I didn’t love EVs so much I would be getting one. My spouse has a 2025 Lexus ES and there are just a few features it has that the Limited Sonata lacks, but the Sonata has a LOT of features the ES doesn’t have, and the price difference between them is a brand new Nissan Versa. It’s very quiet and even when you floor the accelerator it’s really not bad for a 4 cylinder. The ride is every bit as good as the ES, if anything better probably due to the fact that the rims are 2 inches smaller. The driver assistance features work so smoothly. Really the only thing I was disappointed with was it doesn’t have power folding mirrors and my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq does, so that was surprising but it’s kinda an unnecessary feature anyway but I like it cuz I know if the mirrors are folded the car is locked. Also I wasn’t getting the MPG on the window sticker. Granted I only had it for one day and 65 miles, 95% interstate driving 75, but it was a struggle to reach what it’s rated at for the city driving. I feel like the city and highway numbers should be reversed, because it definitely prefers city driving. I also had a 2025 SEL AWD as a loaner for my last service visit, and it was fine but honestly nothing stood out to me. It was like a random rental car, nothing good but nothing bad either.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

After 3 frustrating days and countless hours of attempting to buy a car for the advertised price, only to have the total price significantly inflated when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I looked outside my area of Northwest Arkansas and found very fair online prices with Tulsa Hyundai. Jerry Byrd assured me that the price I saw would be exactly what I would pay. He was a man of his word. He put me in the exact car I was hoping to find. Even better, it was a brand new car priced $2000 LOWER, 2 years NEWER, and with 39,000 FEWER miles than the previous one found in my local area. It was so worth the drive to Tulsa Hyundai. Thank you Jerry for truly putting the customer’s needs priority one and for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I just recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator , Ford Explorer, Expedition, still have it and a Jeep Grand Cherokee , Tahoe . This Hyundai is so much more comfortable , handles great 👍🏻. It’s a beauty !

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

To make a long story short: I’ve been looking for a newer Jeep Wrangler for a couple weeks and I kept running into dealerships with shady salespeople or hidden dealer fees that were ridiculous. Lucky for me I saw a Wrangler that was just posted on City World Hyundai, I called and requested the best salesperson, to my luck I was transferred to Dayri O’Neal and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she was from begging to end. I work a lot and I don’t have the time to go to the Bronx from Jersey so Dayri FaceTimed me from their lot and showed me the vehicle in detail, she provided the carfax over text and email, went over all the dealer fees way in the beginning before I had decided to purchase the vehicle (no hidden fees or ridiculous dealer fees like most other dealers). Dayri also let me speak to her manager Eddie who was a really straight forward, knowledgeable, empathetic person. Dayri and Eddie agreed to deliver my Wrangler to Jersey for FREE and also gave me a discount on my truck for being a Veteran while thanking me for my service in my beloved Army. I had never purchased a vehicle online before without seeing the vehicle in person but Dayri and her team made the process so easy and trouble free that it was a no brainer. On the finance side make sure you see Mykael as he was really good about getting me the loan I needed, my credit isn’t the greatest right now around 630 and I have multiple cars already being leased and financed, however Mykael was really confident and very reassuring that he would be able to obtain the loan for me, and indeed he got me a great rate all things considered. My review ends with Dayri coming on her personal time around 10pm to deliver my vehicle from the Bronx to Jersey, the truck had been detailed and filled with gasoline (I never asked for those things btw). In conclusion if you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make sure you come to this dealership and ask for Dayri because I’m sure you will be writing a 5 star review just like I am right now, super happy with my truck, no surprise fees, a good loan interest rate and the overall experience Dayri and her team provided. I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

Hyundai honored their warranty, with a new engine And parts, at no charge, they Did not have a loaner program , but Were nice enough to give us a courtesy car why our car was being repaired

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Good place to buy a car. Freddy Young was a pleasure to work with. You need to purchase better water for your guests. Pasadena tap water. Your bottle water tastes nasty.

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Great car. Matter of fact it’s the nicest one I’ve ever owned. Went from a Ford Explorer which had a horrible ride and all sorts of maintenance issues past 110,000 miles to the Palisade. Unbelievably smooth ride. Lots of room. Very comfortable seats. Dash layout is well designed. Fantastic price as well.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

My 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe had a paint issue. I contacted Tim Bright(Service Director) and he had his service advisor Danny Martinez navigate the warrantee claim through the system,got approval and had the issue fixed in short order. Great customer skills on Danny's behalf.

Unbelievable ride. Very quiet. Better than the Lincoln Nautilis 2023 black label that we had. That car was rough and noisy. I would highly recommend this car and we buy another one in the future.
