I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and the folks at Gene Messer Volkswagen was top notch. Our saleman, Ehsan, was patient, clarified anything for me and my son. He didn't do any hard selling, and was fair in his negotiations. He gave us car fax info and NADA values. He was a pleasure to work with.
The person in charge of finance was Greg Zavala, and he guided us on the best way to get the most value out of our purchase. He is the first finance person I dealt with that actually cared about my purchase long term and didn't just try to take more money.
Last, another salesman named Daniel helped answer questions about a cover for our pickup, and even recommended the best way to get the additional items we needed. He had nothing to gain by helping us, and went out of his way for us.

Scheduled services over the phone on Fri and arrived Sat and there was no record of the services I scheduled. All services were not performed on my car initially which caused my car to stay at the service dept until Mon due to my car being a fleet car and they did not verify services with fleet company before performing services. I had arrived Sat morning at 9am to drop my car off and had to wait for my vehicle until Mon because of their incompetence of handling a fleet car correctly. Will not be back there.
The entire process was a great experience. I dealt with a salesman - Paul and he did a very good job. He was concise and explained all necessary information without being overbearing or pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as him for future purchases.
Service was done in a reasonable time and price. The Service Rep. made a good suggestion to lengthen my tire life. Waiting room is generally comfortable, just wish there was something other tha CNN or MSNBC on the TV.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Wife had driven to Lubbock from SanAntonio for work when Nissan needed fan replaced. The team there quickly fit her in, got the fan replaced and she made it home with no issues. Son goes to Tech and when he gets the car next semester we’ll be so thankful for the superior service we will know he’ll get should he need it. Thank you all!!
