I was looking for a very specific vehicle with a set price I wanted to spend and cash in hand for the down payment. As always car buying is a hectic process. The customer wants a deal and the dealership wants to turn profit as much as possible. I worked with Jared Lyons and everything was a breeze. I told him my buying parameters and asked him straight up if it worked. He told me yes and proved it, I was in and out in 2 hours with the exact vehicle I wanted. The customer service was great and all the staff I interacted with were pleasant and welcoming. I really liked the updated technology that streamlined the paperwork process. I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

I shopped online at cars.com for a specific Prius model and features, at all dealers within a 150 mile radius, paying careful attention to Carfax, blue book values and dealer reviews. This dealer not only had the car I wanted, they also came closer to the Kelly Blue Book value than anyone else, and they gave me a discount I didn't even ask for. It was an hour and a half drive to the dealership, but well worth it. My salesperson, Adelle Henderson, had my car ready to go when we got there. Paperwork was done quickly, warranties were explained, then we were on our way home with our new car. Great dealership!!

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.
