Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I went to many other dealerships to look at vehicles. The 1st 2 times i went over no one came out I'm guessing due to the weather. After going to 4 other dealers one of which as far as I'm concerned tried to keep me from leaving as they kept the keys to my possible trade. I went back to auburn dodge another guy showed me my now car he was not pushy at all. After I decided I wanted the car I was helped by Zachary proya who was amazing. Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with this dealership. They're super understanding and patient, and they really went all out to get us this car. My Ioniq 6 is the base SE model with front wheel drive only. This model has all the bells and whistles you need and the more expensive models have a number of cosmetic additions. Stylishly this car is a major improvement over earlier Hyundai models. There is some disagreement over the rear spoiler. Personally, I like the light show in the spoiler although I seldom see it since I'm driving. The seams on the car are a good tight fit with the possible exception of the front hood. The front trunk, or "funk," is useless which is a little hard to explain. If you look under it you notice a fairly empty space with a lot of wires. Reports are that the back trunk is small but I think the problem is its height and not depth. This is a slightly larger car than the Prius. The back seat has an impressive amount of room and if you lay down those seats you have quite a lot of trunk space but no back seat passengers. Performance is very good. In fact, the acceleration is astounding laying to rest the myth that EVs take a lot of time to accelerate. The electric motor apparently provides the same amount of torque at any speed unlike a gas engine. The amount of regenerative breaking is adjustable from the paddles on the steering wheel. I keep it at the highest setting and the car will break slightly when you take your foot off the accelerator. This takes some getting used to if you use this setting. Also, the car will keep moving slowly so you eventually have to break. At times the wheel seems to have a mind of its own. On a bumpy road with many turns the wheel seems to want to go where I don't. This brings me to an interesting feature. On cruise control with the lane keep assist and that line showing between the lanes on the monitor (see owners manual) the car us essentially self-driving as long as it can read the lane lines, You can take your hands off the steering wheel but if you do the car will reprimand you tell you to hold the wheel. The steering wheel is large and blocks the information on the lower part of the monitor. The blind spot monitor is very good and it will warn you on the exterior mirrors and the monitor in front of you. If a collision is possible the wheel will vibrate. The radar seems more sensitive than my other car so you get warning even when you still have plenty of room. The GPS has a lot of information, but I found it off by miles on certain sites. This car is very quiet. Much quieter than my plug-in hybrid. There is a slight whirring noise on acceleration and deceleration. When I drive near a pedestrian they seem surprised that a car is near them so be careful. I charged the car on a level 2 charger from 10% to 100% in 7 hours which I consider to be very good. The range is about 280 miles depending on temperature and type of driving. The car will notify you when the charge is down to 20% and it will tell you where the charge stations are. I would like to have a rear window wiper but this seems to have been eliminated on most cars. The rear defrost has done a good job of clearing this window so far. Visibility all around is very good. I would like it if the radio and past trip presets had a larger number visible. My other car goes up to 100. I'm not technically savvy and it will take me time to learn how to use all the features on this car. The owner's manual is large. One thing which may or may not be an issue is that I had difficulty turning the car off once. It appears that if you leave your foot on the break when turning it off the car may be getting a mixed signal to start and stop. Placing it in park first and taking your foot off the break seems to solve this. Finally, I notice in reviews on this site that the major negative response is that people think this car is expensive for what you get. I would expect to pay in the high $40,000 for an EV loaded with these features. I paid less than $10,000 under that.
