Had a 30k mile maintenance plan and my first major fix for the car. Everything got fixed and fortunately, Chase was able to help me out with times and great communication on what was happening with the car. The gentleman in parts as well was a huge help on ensuring that everything was ready for when the time came. Coming in to to pick up the car, the repair was done extremely well and the maintenance was perfect. All was well until after I picked up the car and began driving it home off the dealer lot. It was running really poor and threw a very specific code. Regrettably I had missed Chase on his way out and wasn’t able to see him till Monday as it was Friday after 6pm but Jim was incredible on ensuring everything would be figured out and made a note for me. Coming in on Monday, I was met with nothing but apologies and reassurance. Jim was able to get me a rental which was pulled up as soon as I came in which Chase assured that I was able to get after calling me. Chase continued to apologize and ensure that the foreman would look at it and the issue would be taken care of. After all of this, I am extremely thankful for everyone at this location and very happy with working with Chase. He prepared me multiple rides, honored the warranty with the new issue and just continued to go above and beyond. I cannot begin to recommend this location enough as not only do they care but they want to earn that trust and keep us on the road. Heck, Chase even is going the extra mile with helping me with getting my trim fixed as well on my car. Nothing but good things, and again, I really appreciate everyone here at Folsom Lake Hyundai.

I liked that they were upfront with cost. There were delays in financing (I brought cash so should be easy) as well as detailing. I had questions about the stereo and Sirius radio and emailed my rep and texted. Neither question was answered or tried to be solved. It was an ?I don?t know.? Excuse. Roseville AutoNation was better than Shingle Sorings and Vacaville Subaru dealerships though.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

My Ioniq 5 had to be serviced recently at the Roseville Hyundai dealership. My car needed an ICCU part replacement. The replacement part from Hyundai took a while to arrive as it was back-ordered but once it arrived, the service department at the dealership completed the work quickly and with great quality. I also got a loaner while my car was being serviced.

My 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe ultimate is been awesome. I love it . I’m the second owner regular maintenance no problems at all. Happy owner.

Bought a Pilot last year and went back to purchase a CRV Hybrid this week. Sales, finance and service staff are all nice. Low pressure selling, honest and patient.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I have a 2023 Santa Fe SEL with the premium package. Overall I am very happy with this car. It has a lot of tech, very comfortable interior and has enough power. Can’t really rate reliability as I only have 1,300 miles on it. The one big let down is the blue link system, while it advertises a lot of tech features half of them don’t work. Customer support is really non existent.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

Had a 2020 Santa Fe Limited for almost 4 years and 84,000 miles. Loved that car, but as I plan to work 5 more years I was thinking about getting a new one. I drive a lot and did not want to push the old car to 200,000 miles. Was waiting to see what the all new 2024 model was going to be like. Well, after seeing the pictures and reading all about the new model, I decided it was not for me. Not a fan of the new look and don’t need the 3rd row seating. So, I decided to look for a 2023 Calligraphy model in the same color as my 2020 as that model is the only one that has all the features my 2020 Limited had. Once you have features like the HUD you don’t want to lose them. Here is the rundown so far. Keep in mind I was very happy with my 2020. Found this 2023 demo with 3,000 miles and pulled the trigger. Exterior Looks: virtually the same with some important changes. I love the full body color look of the new one compared to the black trim around the wheels and lower sides of the old one. I prefer the 20” wheels although there is a slight degredation of ride quality compared to the 19” wheels on the old car. The front end design is slightly different. Note the 2023 loses the front fog lights that the 2020 had. Not a biggie for me. Overall I like the exterior look of the 2023 very much, especially the body color accents. Interior Looks: again very similar to the 2020. Leather is nicer with diamond quilted look on top of the seats that is all the rage now. Tan leather is more of a saddle color than the light beige of the old car. The console is the biggest change. Not in love with the push button transmission but getting used to it. Not as much topside storage as old car but huge new storage area below the top front area of the console. Full digital dash replaces the partial digital dash on the 2020. Infotainment screen is larger and I prefer both the new dash and the larger info screen. The headliner is black on the new one as compared to a tweed look on the old car. The material is suede like. Would love to say it is Alcantara but seriously doubt that at this price point. It does look very nice. Features: Tons of features that equal or exceed the 2020 model. That’s one of the selling points of this car-it is incredibly well equipped at this price point. I did get the HTRAC AWD on this one as the old car was FWD. Drive: The 2.5 Turbo in the new car is more powerful than the 2.0 Turbo in the old car. The difference is noticeable. I like the increased power. Going to AWD did reduce the MPG slightly but I expect some improvement as I put more miles on the car. Have not driven in snow or heavy rain yet so cannot comment on AWD capability. As I mentioned before, the ride is slightly firmer due to the 20” wheels compared to the 19” ones on the 2020. This car is exceptionally quiet with the acoustic glass and rides very well, like the old one did. Seats are comfortable in both rows with lots of adjustment. I really like the driver seat bottom front extension due to my long legs. Intangibles: I am 6’4” tall and really appreciate all the room in this car. Plenty of legroom in both rows and the giant moonroof does not impinge on head room either. Cargo area is large with lots of under floor storage as well. Note that the AWD model has no spare tire, and that increases the under floor storage compared to the FWD model I had. Conclusion. I loved my 2020 Santa Fe Limited. So far, the love continues with the new 2023 Calligraphy. This one should last me until I retire. I’m sure the 2024 will appeal to many, but it just doesn’t appeal to me. I won’t buy a car that does not have a look that I like. Maybe in 5 years the new boxy look will have grown on me, time will tell. I’m glad I decided to get the newer version of what I had and loved and will report in again as time goes by, like I did with the 2020.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

We had a terrific experience with our trade-in and purchase of a new/used car. Brennan was great, no pressure throughout the process and overall was a great experience. I normally don't like the car buying process but they made it comfortable, we will be back!

I chose Hyundai to purchase a 2022 Nissan Kicks. Their advertised price was the lowest out of 20 or so dealerships that I had contacted The best part of the deal, which ultimately was what made me decide to go with Roseville Nissan, was that their advertised price on Cars.Com was their “total” price, minus our trade in, plus tax and license. Almost all of the ther dealers added extras such as a “LoJack” theft recovery system, permaplate coatings, etc., which were not included in their online advertisements on Cars.Com, Autotrader, or their own dealership advertisement. Los Angeles Nissan had a similarly priced “Kicks”with exactly the same options on the vehicle as the one I purchased from Roseville Hyundai. ( The SR model, fully optioned). It was even “certified” with an extended warranty. I was 5 mins from wiring them the full “asking” price before the salesman stated “Mark, you need to read and acknowledge the “invoice” that my manager emailed you”. I read the email with both shock and disdain as the price grew to $3500 over their advertised price. Keep in mind, I’m in Northern California, 400 miles from this dealership. When I called and spoke to the manager, he confirmed the inflated price. When I told him it was a form of false advertising, he replied “that’s how we do business”, without any apology. I told him what I thought of his business practices, and hung up. The same thing happened when I attempted to close 3 other deals in the Los Angeles area. At that point, I decided not to contact any more dealerships outside the Bay Area. Well, the same thing happened when I contacted 2 other dealerships near me. I called Roseville Hyundai and spoke with Jennifer. She confirmed that their advertised price is their selling price. No expensive “hidden add-on’s”, guaranteed. It was after hours when I spoke to her, so she had a salesperson, Pavlo, contact me the next day. Pavlo called me the next day. He was courteous, direct, and honest. He confirmed the price, and even took a deposit to hold the car as my wife and I weren’t able to bring the trade in until 2 days later. In my experience buying cars online, very few dealerships will accept a deposit to “hold” the vehicle for you. We met Pavlo at the dealership on Sunday in the afternoon and he was all of how he was on the phone and more. This was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership and it was because of Jennifer, Pavlo and his finance manager, Ernesto. Ernesto was very friendly and easy going. I told him from the onset that my wife and I were not in a position financially to purchase an extended warranty or any other packages such as maintenance and tires. Most finance managers would give me the “hard sell”, but Ernesto totally understood and only asked me once during our half hour or so interaction because I would have to decline them on the contract. He was so professional and understanding! On top of everything else, Roseville Hyundai gave us a very fair price on our trade-in! I know this review was long winded, but I had to express my concern with “non-advertised” add on’s. Can you imagine if I had driven to L.A. to purchase the vehicle I had spoke about earlier, only to find out that the vehicle cost $3500 more than what was advertised, with my trade in? I would have almost had to agree with the price at that point. Very shady! For all you interested in purchasing a used or new vehicle that is advertised online, please be sure to ask for the “final” sales price before committing to a deal online or before driving a long distance to the dealership! Buyer be aware, and ask questions and demand they show you the final invoice. Above all, please consider Roseville Hyundai in California. They have the most friendly, honest, and straightforward staff, especially Jennifer, Pavlo, and Ernesto. I will refer my friends, family, and co-Worker’s to Roseville Hyundai for their next vehicle purchase!

The Ioniq 2019 EV is the best car I have ever had. in summer months, I get about 135-140 miles to a charge and I can zip around town to work, the store, the salon etc. with no problems at all. this car is comfortable with the leather seats, and quiet on the inside too. the speakers are quality and sound good. I've been driving her for 3 and a 1/2 years with zero problems. I just have to get the tires rotated! The best part is, I don't ever pay for gas. I haven't paid attention to gas prices in years, and it feels great! Too bad they don't make these anymore... Thanks Hyundai!
