Tammy Brady, sales assistant and Tom Mignosi, one of the dealership managers, stepped in next and carried me through the rest of the purchase process process. Tammy went "above and beyond", trying to find the right color combination/features within my price range. She picked me up and dropped me off, to come in and complete the transaction and used her personal time after hours, going over the vehicle features and operation with me. Gregory Romaine in the finance department was kind and very helpful. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the professionalism and service of this team. Even Martin Reyes who has worked in the paint and Body shop for 10 years stepped up unsolicited to help the team close the sale by dropping what he was doing to switch out the grill on my car,so I wouldn't have to make a special trip back in.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I came in to look at an Infiniti Q70. The car was gorgeous, but it wasn't everything I wanted (it wasn't white) so I left. But, then I called Alejandro and told him to get the paperwork ready. He did such an awesome job listening and responding to my concerns that the things that were missing were able to be overlooked. I love my car, and it would have never been mine if not for the great job Alejandro did! 5 star dealership. I highly recommend them.

I just bought a 2008 bmw 650i from Rick. I am amazed how clean the car is overall but especially the motor. I brought it home and had a chance to take a closer look, not a drop of oil leak and even the air filter was brand new.
