Bought it used 2 years ago. Fun to drive. More of a sports car than a SUV. Great for single ppl but not a family car. Unique style. Big ppl barely fit in it though. Tons of power thanks to the turbo. Stands out in the crowd

Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

Its a great car - fun and dependable to drive. Some developmental areas: 1- visibility from side windows could be better- when turning to look for oncoming traffic. 2- needs another light or two in the trunk space 3- the Infiniti / Phone interface could be better - or could be switched to apple car play. Its seems pretty limited

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! My check engine light came on on my gently used Volkswagen Atlas RLine model, new to me, so I scheduled an appointment for service I laid for extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle I don't recall what all is covered I just know the engine and tranny was on there lol typical right. Overall,1 this dealership helped me find out what my warranty covered and found that I had an additional warranty that had not expired yet. End of story my catalytic converterer is bad and there for Tracy Volkswagin found out it is covered the ordered the part which is on back order, so now I'm waiting hoping it will arrive soon to get my baby fixed it's hard to find someone to work on these vehicles but when you have warranty and a great service dealership like Tracy Volkswagon with great customer service you wait could never go wrong.
