Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Power like a sports car, functional as a crossover SUV! This car is stylish, with modern finishes (heated seats!) Priced right for premium quality, reliability, and ease of service.

When I came in to finalize everything, the process was smooth and thorough. I asked a lot of questions, and Laz took the time to answer each one without hesitation—even repeating details when needed to make sure I was comfortable. The time spent at the dealership was focused entirely on clarity, not upselling. I also appreciated that a non-negotiable add-on I requested was already installed on the vehicle before I even arrived. I was prepared to wait several days, but the vehicle was ready to go, which speaks to their attention to detail and respect for my time. The only minor issue I encountered relates to the vehicle itself, not the dealership—the standard LT trim does not include a built-in universal garage remote. That’s a manufacturer decision, not a reflection of the buying experience. Overall, this was one of the most straightforward and respectful car-buying experiences I’ve had. Some developmental areas: 1- visibility from side windows could be better- when turning to look for oncoming traffic. 2- needs another light or two in the trunk space 3- the Infiniti / Phone interface could be better - or could be switched to apple car play.
