Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. I purchased a 2005 Corvette over the phone. The car is in excellent shape low mileage and the experience of buying this vehicle was hassle free. Also had the car shipped to Las Vegas Nevada no problems. Would purchase another car from unique Auto again.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.
