Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

They always take good care of us. Example: they rotated the tires and discovered a nail in a front tire and repaired it. Saved me from discovering a flat and all the inconvenience that comes with it.

I have never written a review regarding the purchase of a vehicle. However, my experience with rime Motorz was exceptional. From my first telephone call with Vinnie to inquire about the Porsche 911 the had advertised, to the morning I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable this was someone I could work with. I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Vinnie was incredibly professional and obviously knowledgeable about the car. I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

The test drive wasn’t just around the parking lot. They gave a proper route to feel the suspension and transmission. Brakes and steering were clear right away. They honestly said what should be done after purchase like fluids or tires. That’s fair.
