The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. We communicated through text & SEVERAL phone calls & not once did she seem upset by my persistent calls. I appreciate that. Katie was knowledgeable & provided transparent answers regarding recommended repairs. When I picked my vehicle up it was ?purring like a kiitten? & clean! Katie & I went over some recommended services that I plan to have taken care of at the South Austin location. The waiting area was equipped with coffee, snacks, & plenty of comfortable seating.
