Had a great experience here. Found the vehicle listed online and made an email inquiry. The dealer responded swiftly and we were able to set up a test drive. The vehicle was used but very clean and in good working condition. They never tried to represent the van as amything other than what it was or sell me anything i did not need. They were not pushy and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I will definitely check them out again before my next vehicle purchase.
In most of the requests for repairs, it was a good experience. My only problem with your Service has been the time element. In one case, I was told to bring my car in for the requested repairs in about 10 days. In a recent and other times the repairs for my Wife's car and my car took over a week to complete. This time element situations may require management to be more conscientious of your client's time needs.
Buying was a breeze. Returned on a Tuesday for detailing of my vehicle and they kept it for 9 hours!!!! They gave me a loaner but I was 60 miles away from my home. Detail looked great but 9 hours is ridiculous.
I had to bring my Jaguar XF in for an unscheduled service appointment recently. The car was in and out in one day, and the issue was resolved perfectly. I am so happy with the service provided, and will definitely utilize Haron's spectacular service again if needed.
I bought my car from a broker and that’s the way I’ve always purchased my cars. From first day I took it to Haron to have wheels dipped and protected coding I’ve always been treated like a step child. They don’t go out of there way to help you and there smiles feel forced. Service is charging for Curtosy cars, which is absurd. Lexus always got a courtesy car and Haron gave me a car with no gas, filthy window, water spots everywhere as if they don’t care about word of mouth advertising.
I greatly enjoyed the timeliness, professionalism, and friendliness of the Haron staff. My service with Ray not only was quick and painless, but also accommodated by busy schedule. I was beyond satisfied with the service Haron provided and would recommend Haron to any buyer in the luxury market.
I absolutely love my car and everyone at Lithia Ford knows my car inside and out! I know it will be well taken care of. Nick actually reminded me about my recalled door latches so, I was able to get everything done all at the same time, saving me another trip back to Fresno.
