2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier 2.0 AWD is great overall. The 2.0 liter model is very reliable on the freeway and works wonderfully for family trips with children as the back seat is quite comfortable. The 1.5 liter model struggles to get up to freeway speeds in our prior test drive, but it doesn't feel like that at all with the 2.0 liter. The Bose Premium Audio does not have a subwoofer, but the speakers have a deep low range and provide the feeling of a full audio experience. It's quite entertaining when you are jamming out at high volume and your pantleg is rattling from the door speaker. Issue 1. The front seats are rather short leaving 4-5 finger widths from the end of the seat to the back of the legs which results in your legs feeling like they are dangling off the seat, whereas you want something closer to 2-3 finger widths. I am average height of 5'9", so this would be more uncomfortable for taller people. The passenger seat specifically presses into your right leg causing it to start to go numb after 30 minutes, so long road trips in the front passenger seat are quite uncomfortable. Issue 2. I have the 2.0 Premier AWD with every bell and whistle available, and it still "feels" like I am surrounded by plastic. I understand that Chevy is not a luxury brand, but the max comfort trim leaves much to be desired. Issue 3. The Adaptive Cruise feature will randomly disable itself in clear weather. It rarely happens, but it seems to happen for no obvious reason. Disabling Cruise Control and re-enabling it resolves the matter, so it is a minor annoyance more than anything. Something I found amusing - The owner's manual says to use 5w30 for all weather conditions above -20f, then has a caveat to use 0w30 in -20f conditions, and then on the next page has yet another caveat to use 0w40 in -20f conditions.

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

2006 Buick Lucerne review
Incredibly reliable. Even the Northstar motor for these were good. Most comfortable car I've ever driven, and I can't wait to buy another. Bumps aren't noticeable and standard options are fantastic, and it's a completely bulletproof car. A real tank, too. Got in an accident and he totalled his car. The Buick didn't even have a dent!

2013 Cadillac ATS review
I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2016 Jeep Wrangler review
Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

2011 Toyota 4Runner review
Steve from AZ with 2022 review...dude, you must have gotten one made on Monday or Friday as the saying goes. I'm on my 3rd 4Runner since 1995, and I am looking for another one now. Our oldest son totaled the 95 in 2003 in his senior year of high school, head on collision, and walked away without a scratch. We replaced it with a 2001. I rolled that one 2x in my 1st accident in Oct 2011. I got hit by wildlife and knocked off the other side of the road. I was doing good keeping it steady, but it wasn't slowing down, and I knew not to hit the brakes on the wet grass--I forgot my cruise control was on. So I rolled it 2x and hung upside down in the middle of a swamp until the police found me, but not a scratch on me. We replaced that one with a 1999, and I'm still driving it. It looks like xxxx cosmetically and the leather seats have been destroyed by the 7 rescue dogs that have been part of our family since 2012, but it has only stopped running once. I've had what I would call 2 major repairs on 3 4Runners. The brake booster and master cylinder last year on this 99, and some type of sensor down below the belt that caused a major oil leak and then it wouldn't start this past spring. The part was only $25, but I paid my mechanic neighbor $200 to do the repair instead of $800 for labor elsewhere. And it was already 23 years old and had 225,000 & 230,000 miles on it before those 2 things happened. And just FYI from an old lady, NEVER take a vehicle to a dealership to be repaired! I'm probably a bit older than you so I learned that lesson decades ago. Find a good independent mechanic and treat them like you do your Mama because they are an important person in this life. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with yours, but I have loved every single one of mine, and the thought of driving something else literally hurts my feelings. 2016 Ford F-150 review
2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.
