I’ve had my jeep commander for five years now I would highly recommend it to a single mom or dad. I have four grandchildren and we fit comfortably with all our belongings for day trips. We do some light mountain, climbing, as well as rugged, terrain driving we live in Oregon, so there’s a lot of off road off pavement Driving we also have our canines and that they enjoy it to lots of room. Lots of space seats can go up and down in the back. I also use a cargo carrier in the back for her extra luggage and so forth this vehicle has had me very spoiled, and my next vehicle will be the same .

My grandson, Cody Broughton, helped me to find a newer vehicle. I was welcomed by the owners and staff at Kain’s Ford and I was so impressed with how well the purchase went. I am enjoying driving my Ford Escape.

I love this thing more than my old xj cherokee! It has 198,000 miles and has never left me stranded. Has never had a check engine light. Lovely jeep! And super roomy inside! 4x4 is Amazing also!

I've got the 5.7 Hemi, Limited version with all options. Very comfortable. Nice for trailering and launching boats. If traveling with a family, the 3rd row seats are enough for young kids, but very little room for luggage when 3rd row is in use. Now 14 years old 130k miles. No reliability issues with engine or trans, but does now have some unexpected rust through in rear wheel well. My wife wants me to get something newer with better MPG, (i get about 16 now) but I'm not inclined to get rid of this. I think it could last another 100k. My dog loves it and goes everywhere with me, all seats fold down in back to give her a flat floor which is also convenient for hauling stuff.

This ride is fully loaded. Leather seats , sunroof in front and mini sunroof in back. Plenty of room to cart the family around. Plus nice speaker system and pull down DVD player in back.

I have own the 2007 Jeep Commander for quite a few years, racking up 170,000 miles on it and have had no major problems with it. In comparison I also owned a 2007 Mazda 3 with 124,000 miles on it and the transmission is going out in it. Guess which car I am keeping and which one I am fixing to sell. Keeping the Jeep. Probably the only problem I have with the vehicle is small space in the back seats. My husband and I are both tall and both of our kids are in car seats and it gets cramped back there. Other than that, great vehicle.

My wife and I were approved for a $6,000 auto loan and went shopping around. After hours of disappointment God led us to Brian Gifford who baptized me in 2005 and sold us a Great car that was actually 7,000 but was still able to make it work with our banker. Great guy great company and a for real car salesman you can trust!

Good luck 2008 Jeep Commender Limited V8L, The paint has some slight scratches. Some dings are visible on this vehicle. There is more than 60% tread life left on the tires. The interior condition is average for this vehicle. The exterior condition is average for its age and mileage. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. The transmission shifts very smoothly. Has front and rear moon roofs , leather and even a front DVD player! A must see and best of all is the price! A whole lot bang for the buck.

Had an opportunity to buy a car for my son and we stopped in to Oswego Motors. They were very helpful in know our price range and what we were looking for. We were not able to find on site they went out and found a vehicle that was perfect for our son. Safe, affordable and good size. The staff communicated well and helped us along this journey.

This Jeep has been very good to me until about 1 year after I paid it off. It’s been repair after repair since. Granted it’s 13 years old now, so that’s expected. I’d definitely buy another one, I just wouldn’t keep it as long.

this was a base model, i wish it were a better trim, but all in all it was pretty nice, for what it was. the better trim would have had Nav.

I worked with Pete and Igor on buying one of the vehicles, however we ended up buying a brand new from another dealer. They were non pushy, very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them and have too family members and friends.

I have owned this Jeep for about 8 years. It has been a good car and has not given me any real issues. Fun to drive, has a decent amount of cargo space and the Overland trim has 3rd row seats and a BUNCH of extra options.

Car has option to play AUX fro music, the seats pump upwards so you are closer to the wheel. Plenty of space for a full family, the third row of seats go easily down for storing camping gear!

This 2008 Jeep Commander has been in my family for over 10 years. It's been all over the country from the coastline of Maine, through the heart of Ohio, in the mountains of Colorado, and westward to Lake Tahoe in California. It's been the most reliable car I've ever owned. It has pulled me through intense Colorado blizzards and been a comfortable cruiser on road trips up to Wyoming. I've been diligent on routine and milestone maintenance (have the service records to show), and it runs like a beauty. This car has a rich history of travel, and I always feel confident driving it in any condition.

Never shopping anywhere else for cars!! I’m on my second transaction with Inside Guys and as always very pleased. I value the integrity they carry themselves and through their vehicles. Personal, family, or business they’ve always got me covered. Even through wear and tear on their products. If they don’t do it themselves they have a reputable place to go. I have had this vehicle for only a few weeks and love everything about it. It?s a 2009 with only 90k miles and it was extremely well taken care of. I didn?t break the bank purchasing it and now I get to upgrade things that I wouldn?t be able to with a more expensive newer car like a lift kit. Mine is the limited 5.7 hemi which is what I was looking for. It runs great and hope to have it for a very long time!

My purchasing experience was great. I called Bryan a few days before I came asking about a specific pickup. He answered all of my questions and sent me the auto check report by email. I called the morning I went to the dealership to confirm the truck was still there and it was. The other salesperson informed me that he had it washed and pulled inside ready for me to take a test drive. We had a four hour drive that was well worth it. When we arrived were were greeted and shown the vehicle. Bryan grabbed the dealer plates and we were off on a test drive. There was no pressure and we came home with a great pickup. I drove 3 and a half hours to purchase a used jeep from Pete. His pricing was better than anything I could find locally. He met me at an off time and answered all my questions. Found a ?09 Commander for use as a tow vehicle for my boat with 150k miles. 5.7 Hemi. I?ve owned Grand Cherokee?s, Rubicon?s, BMW?s, Infiniti?s, and way too many other cars. If I?m writing a review, it means something. Even with all of the issues that have been mentioned (power turning off, etc.) this is almost becoming my daily driver. Who would have thought? I love this car and wish they hadn?t discontinued it. I would buy the 2018 version in a heartbeat.
