I live about 90 miles away, and Alex engineered the entire deal in series of emails that followed an initial single short phone call in a response to my online inquiry if they work with Chrysler Capital, that has been offering great cash backs and 0% interest rate. Alex pointed out that I also qualified for additional Chrysler Capital cash back offer that I didn’t know about despite my careful research. Very impressive. Late at night on Monday I submitted a Chrysler Capital online loan application that was approved within 30 seconds, and around noon on Tuesday I got a call from Alex that they are ready for me to get the vehicle. We worked out Thursday afternoon as the day that worked for Alex and me, and the dealership kept the vehicle reserved for me for these 2 days with no deposit. Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.
