We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I never leave reviews but I had the best experience. After having my car totaled in a car accident I came looking for a safe, reliable car for my children. The staff here made me feel heard and they didn’t try to take advantage of me. They were understanding and helped me with any and all questions and needs I had. The car is amazing. Keleko messaged me as soon as I put in my interest online and he took care of it of me the whole time. Definitely request him. Honest family type atmosphere. Thank you. I had my car serviced at Dependable Dodge yesterday and it was a quick and friendly service. The car was done earlier than expected and they kept me updated on the progress all along. Their electronic interface is cutting edge. I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. David, the service advisor, was great. I highly recommend having your car serviced at Dependable Dodge. It's a great dealership all around!

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

2 years later and I’ve come back to do business with Anaheim Hyundai. Let me just say I had a smooth and professional process. Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. I traded in a vehicle and left with a Tucson SUV I am very happy with Hyundai in Anaheim thank you Jerron for the great experience. 2 years ago I had a bad experience but you definitely have turned that around and hope to come back in the future and get myself a even newer car !
