I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. I finally heard about Hertz Car Sales through a youtube video of someone saying the pros and cons of buying through rental car companies and they mentioned Hertz Car Sales has the best deals you can find. We went to the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance website and found the cars we liked at a reasonable price below what other dealers and private parties are selling them for. Apparently Hertz sales their cars significantly cheaper than what Kelly Blue Book lists them as. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. I had an amazing car buying experience and would definitely recommend others to check out their website or stop buy to browse big selection of cars on sale on their lot. Thank you so much Tammy.

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. I look forward to the next step and checking back to say I made the purchase!
You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.

I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!
I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
My 2002 Jeep Liberty was in need of long overdue service. My service advisor, Raidel, was exceptional. He had my Jeep inspected and listed everything needed in order of importance. He did all he could to keep my costs as low as he could. This was my initial time trying this facility for service and I will definitely be back.
My experience at 605 Auto was outstanding! Iris made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. She was able to get us into a new car with very little down payment and low monthly payments. I really recommend this dealership. We had been shopping for about 1 month and this dealership simply has the lowest prices. We are very happy with the service and our car.
I bought a used car from Juan Guerrero . What a great experience there was no non-sense and everything went smoothly. i was in and out of there within a matter of 45 min. I strongly recommend this auto dealership! The staff were absolutely amazing, they were always ready to help and attentive as well. I came to Hawthorne Auto Square together with my husband for our first car purchase and we really love how they provided us the customer service we needed. Their price were cheaper that most dealers I ever been to and the salesman weren't pushy at all. I'm very satisfied with the car we purchased and we really love it! I reached out after hearing the commercials, asked the right questions, went in with copies of all the required documents and or had them scanned in my drive to email, went in, picked a car and was out within a hour and a half. Carlos the sales guys, he was great. The internet guy, delayed in responding for a day or two, Carlos made up for that. Ricky was great and had us in and out. Left with a practically new car. No complaints here. No central AC with is probably why things were rushed and Mike doesn't have great customer service skills...but again, over good experience.
I went into the dealership with a specific car in mind & a very small budget. Once there I was greated & a team was formed.. Met my salesman Raphael, A very humble genuine man which I highly recommend too anyone looking for a compassionate, honest business transaction, he was eager to please but not pushy. I wanted champagne service on a beer budget.. Lol
I wanted a fully loaded 4 door chevy with all the bells & Whistles.. Only one in inventory & Of course out of my budget, I was disappointed at that point & wanted too leave..

Alex the gentleman.. So easy going, laid back, knows the business type dude, no haggling just trying to satisfy. He was there to make sure that a deal was worked to make me beyond happy, he assured me that I wouldn't leave without the car that I WANTED & that's just what happened! He definitely made me feel like he was looking out for me & not just treating this as another car business deal; that it was! He made a friend in me & I already started referring.

I met Ty the finance guy. A man that was totally knowledgeable about the business along with positive feedback I received knowledge and wisdom from this man in a short amount of time very grateful for your help negotiating for that great deal & making sure my pockets would not be tight in making this deal.
Overall just an awesome experience. I have purchased numerous amounts of vehicles during my time & this was a great car buying experience especially for those who are first timers.. you don't feel taken advantage of or pushed in a deal that you cannot afford go check them out you won't be disappointed! My service rep, Zach, is knowledgeable, attentive and always friendly. He explains everything to me and keeps me apprised on status of my car. Service is prompt. I am very pleased with the dealership and it's location is so convenient for me.
I had the best experience at Long Beach Mini. Ali Nash took the time to make sure my car was washed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He helped me find the car of my dreams. William Rogoff took great care of me in finance, it was quick and smooth!
