Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done. Both of these gentleman made my purchase a breeze and I would highly recommend Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Easiest experience I've had with getting the right vehicle and at that right price!

Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! I bought a used Grand Cherokee from Albrecht CDJR and had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership the sales staff was excellent and the service department was fast and efficient.

Overall a positive purchase experience. Don't let the 4 star as any negative, I just don't give 5 stars easily. I would recommend Benjamin and the Putnam Chrysler Jeep Kia group for your purchase experience. Very low key and helpful.
