Great service experience at Jackson Hole Ford!

I was in Jackson Hole chasing powder snow with my son. My 2013 F150 has had problems with the throttle body and I was left with an unreliable vehicle when my local Colorado dealership could not diagnose the problem even though they had fixed the same issue previously. Sure enough, in Jackson several weeks after my local dealer did not solve the problem, my truck stalled 9 times in 12 miles. I called Jackson Hole Ford at about 8:30am. The kind office manager Melay fit me in the schedule. I arrived there at 9:15am. The very competent tech Lorenzo came out to get my truck and speak with me and immediately got to work. Fred the service manager worked the phone to get the repair records from my previous dealer. I was done and on my way at 11:00am. At no cost as the former repair work was under warranty by Ford. I could not have imagined a better outcome from a service department. They are five star in my book!
